Billing Media is the media used for sending bills to the customer. It can be Paper, Email or OSD.
All the preferred billing media are captured while booking a customer. The service provider is allowed to present bills in multiple media simultaneously.
The billing media can be modified by the CSR at any point in time and the modified billing media take effect at the time of next bill presentment.
