Items are the hardware products or tools used for providing services to the end customer.
Items can have various attributes like, Serialized, Sellable, Lonable, Rentable etc. Some other item attributes are, Units of Measurement, Status and Warranty.
Item Category: Items are classified into two different categories such as, Singleton or Kit .
Items are defined in Item Master Setup screen.

The hardware items are like, Smart Card, Decoder, Cable Modem, Set Top Box, Remote Control, Digital Video Receiver etc.
