Bill suppress is the process of avoiding generation of charges for a particular agreement. It is a billing parameter which is used to control the generation of bill for a subscriber. Similarly, Stop SOA is also a billing parameter that controls the generation of SOA for a subscriber.
Bill Suppress and Stop SOA is done through Bill Suppress screen.
For Example:
Bill suppress can be set for some subscribers like VIP's, for child accounts, etc. Also bill suppress is set whenever billing discrepancies or billing negotiations occurs. Whereas, stop SOA can be set for subscribers where there are any billing discrepancies.
