Lock in Period

Lock in Period is the period during which deposit amount can not be refunded to the customer. Lock in period is maintained while deposit amount is taken from the customer for the services. Only after completion of the lock in period refund of such deposit is allowed.

While giving back the deposit (refund), system checks for the lock in period. The lock in period end date can be defined/entered by the Admin/Customer Service Representative while collecting the deposit amount. Lock in period end date should always be less than the refund transaction date.
