Advanced Search

Advanced Search screen helps to search a customer based on the searching parameters. This advanced search method returns results which match a set of predefined conditions.

You can enter information in any of the given fields in Advanced Search screen to extract the customer details.

To search a customer:

  1. On the Customer Care module, click Advanced Search.

  2. You can search a customer based on Personal Information, Contact Information, Payment Information or Account Information or combination of any. Enter the most appropriate search criteria in the above related fields. These fields work like filters to search a customer.

  3. Click Search. Based on the selected search option, the customer list along with basic details like, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Home Phone, Work Phone, Mobile, and e-mail appear in Results table.

  4. Click the customer number link in the table to navigate to Single View screen where you can view transaction related information of the customer.

Note: You can configure the advance search filters. You can add necessary search fields to Advanced Search screen through Advance Search Group and Group Element screen.
