MailBox

MailBox screen helps to search e-mail details sent by the customers to service provider to generate service request. We can also view the customer number and service request number in this screen.

To view the customer's e-mail details:

  1. Specify the values in the search filters like From Date, To Date, Customer #, From, Process, and Customer Status.

          Customer #: Customer's number          

          From: Customer's e-mail address

          Process: Service provider's e-mail address.

Customer Status: select customer status as Unidentified, or Identified, or Multiple.

  1. Click Search button to retrieve the Summary of records and e-mail details in the grid below.
  2. You can also view the e-mail details in the grid such as Subject, From, and Date.
  3. In the grid, select the radio button against the Subject, for which you want to view the e-mail details.
  4. The selected e-mail details such as From, Process, Subject, Attachments, body, Customer #, and Service Request # are displayed below the grid.
