Single View Configuration

Single View Configuration screen allows you to configure the Single View and News and Announcements screen. You can configure the sections to be displayed.

To configure the sections in Single View screen:

  1. On the System Administration module, click Customer Care, and then click Single View Configuration.

  2. In the Type drop-down, select Section.

The sections are displayed in the Configuration Details grid.

  1. Select the Visible check box against the sections you want to display in Single View screen.

  2. Under Display Order column, select the order of display by clicking the up and down arrows.

  3. Click Save to save the configuration.

To configure the sections in News and Announcements screen:

  1. In the Type drop-down, select News.

The sections are displayed in the Configuration Details grid.

  1. Select the Visible check box against the sections you want to display in Single View screen.

  2. Under Display Order column, select the order of display by clicking the up and down arrows.

  3. Click Save to save the configuration.
