A work order status can be any of the following type:
New-Unassigned: This status refers, the work order is newly created but not yet assigned to any employee.
Assigned: This status refers, the work order is newly booked and assigned to an employee.
Pending: This status refers the action to be taken for resolving the work order is not yet decided.
Resolved: This status refers, the work order is completed and closed.
Working: This status refers, the assigned employee is working on the work order.
