Description: Shows the least Operational Entity Wise active plan count over a given duration. This will represented in a bar chart. Based on duration least 5 Operational Entity wise plan counts will be displayed.
X-Axis: Represents Plan counts.
Y-Axis: Represents Operational Entity Names.
