Description: Shows the top most Operational Entity Wise active plan count over a given duration. This will represented in a bar chart. Based on duration top 5 Operational Entity wise plan counts will be displayed. Remaining Operational Entities plan count will be shown as 'Others'.
X-Axis: Represents Plan counts.
Y-Axis: Represents Operational Entity Names.
