Prepaid Card Verification screen is useful to get details like redeemed status, item type, and current location of the prepaid cards. Based on the information, the service provider can use the vouchers for future purpose.
To verify prepaid cards:
On the Inventory & Logistics module, click Prepaid Card Verification.
You can verify the PPC through serial number or voucher number. In the Serial Number box or the Voucher Number box, type the serial number or voucher number of the prepaid card respectively.
Click Search to retrieve the details of the PPC.
The prepaid card details like description, item type, plan name, expiry date, current location, status, and redeemed date (if redeemed) are displayed on the screen.
