Lead Source

This screen helps to define lead sources in the system. It also allows the user to modify the existing details of lead source.

To define lead source:

  1. On System Administration menu, point to CRM and then click Lead Source.

  2. In the Lead Source panel, enter the Lead Source and its Description in their respective text boxes.

  3. Select Status as Active or Inactive to make the lead source active or inactive respectively.

  4. Click Save button to save the details.

To modify the lead source details:

  1. On System Administration menu, point to CRM and click Lead Source.

  2. Enter the minimum required details in the search filters and click the Search button. The required details are displayed in the Lead Source Details grid.

  3. In the Action column, click edit hyperlink against the Lead Source to modify the details.

  4. Modify the required details and click Save button to save the modified details.
