Contract Period

Contract Period screen is used for adding and modifying the contract periods. These contract periods are used while defining a price plan in Price Plan screen. Contract period is applicable only for fixed term contracts. The contract period represents the duration of the contract with the customer.

To define/modify contract period:

  1. On the System Administration module, click Billing, and then click Contract Period.

  2. In the Contract Period box and the Description box, type the code and description of contract period respectively.

  3. In the No. of Units box, type the number of units.

  4. In the Duration Type drop-down, select type of duration as Day(s), Month(s), or Week(s).

  5. Click Save to save the contract period details.

  6. To modify an existing contract period, in the Contract Period box, type the contract period code. You can also click to browse for a contract period.

  7. Select Adhoc Duration to apply the contract period for adhoc plan change.

  8. Select Contract Duration checkbox to apply the contract period for perpetual contracts with fixed contract period.

  9. Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.
