Reason for Material Replacement

Reason for material replacement lookup code helps you to define reasons for replacing material. These values are used while replacing the material.

To define reason for material replacement:

1. On the System Administration module, click Inventory & Logistics, and then click Reason for Material Replacement.

2. In the Reason for Material Replacement box and the Description box, type the code and description of the material replacement reason.

3. Click Save to save the material replacement reason details.

4. To modify an existing reason, in the Reason for Material Replacement box, type the code. You can also click to browse for a reason code.

5. Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.
