As part of organization's official regulations, strong password policy is designed to enhance Billing & CRM application security, control user access to the Information Resources, and defense against malicious activity.
Billing & CRM solution password policy guides the System Administrators/Users to employ strong passwords and use them properly to gain authentication in Billing & CRM solution.
All user-level and system-level passwords must conform to the guidelines described below:
The password must be alphanumeric. The password must contain a combination of alphabets, numeric, or special characters.
The password must hold minimum length limitation (which can be configured in the system by setting application profile option value in " Password Minimum Length")
The password must hold maximum length limitation (which can be configured in the system by setting profile option value in " Password Maximum Length")
The password history is maintained to track the previous password details. You can set value of the application profile option in " Previous Password Selections” to check if the selected password exists in previous selections. This option value is used to restrict the user for repeating the same password from the previous selections at the time of password change.
