Ad hoc Pricing

Ad hoc Pricing screen is used to modify the existing price of a product within a plan for a particular partner.

To override price of a product:

1. On Others menu, click Partner Management, and then click Ad hoc Pricing.

2. In the Partner Code box, type the partner code. You can also click to browse for a partner code. You can search a partner based on partner code and company name. Click Search to retrieve the results. Click on the partner link to view more details in the main window.

3. In the Contract # drop-down, select the contract number. The plan name and contract start date appear on the screen. The list of products with details like Product Name, Charge Description, Effective From Date, Effective End Date, and Price are displayed.

4. In the Effective From box, type or select the date from which the new price should be affected for the product.

5. In the Override Price box, type the new price for the product.

6. Click Save to apply the new price.
