Contract

Contract screen helps you to book a contract between the network provider and partner.

To book a contract:

  1. On Others menu, click Partner Management, and then click Contract.

  2. In the Partner Code box, type the partner code. You can also click to browse for a partner code. You can search a partner based on partner code and company name. Click Search to retrieve the results. Click on the Partner link to view more details in the main window.

  3. Select New checkbox against the Contract # drop-down. By default, the checkbox appears as selected. The plans available for the selected partner appear in the plan drop-down. Select the plan from the Plan drop-down.

  4. Select billing frequency and specify the order date in respective fields.

  5. Type notes, if any.

  6. The services, service groups, and packages appear in Plan Services panel.

  7. In the Plan Services panel, select services against the product group.

  8. Click the Save button to save the details.

  9. Click the Save button to save the modified details.

To modify a contract:

  1. In the Partner Code box, type the partner code. You can also click to browse for a partner code. You can search a partner based on partner code and company name. Click Search to retrieve the results. Click on the Partner link to view more details in the main window.

  2. If a contract already exists, the contract details like Network Provider, Contract number, Plan name, Billing frequency, Order date, and notes appear on the screen.

  3. Modify details like Contract number, billing frequency, order date, and notes and click Save to apply the modifications.

Note: Provision is given to capture user defined attributes through Flex Table Attributes screen while booking a contract.
