Disconnection

Disconnection screen is used to disconnect the contract between the service provider and partner.

To disconnect a contract:

  1. On Others menu, click Partner Management, and then click Disconnect Contract.

  2. In the Partner Code box, type the partner code. You can also click to browse for a partner code. In the Partner web page dialog box, you can search a partner based on partner code and company name. Click Search to retrieve the results. Click on the Partner link to view more details in the main window.

  3. Active contract details like Contract number, Start date, End date, Network provider and plan name appear in Active Contracts grid.

  4. Select the check box against the contract you want to disconnect.

  5. Select the reason for disconnection and specify the disconnection date in respective fields.

  6. Enter notes, if any.

  7. Click the Save button to disconnect the contract.
