Pricing Scheme

Pricing Scheme screen is used to define different pricing based on different rules.

To define Pricing Scheme:

  1. On the System Administration module, click Order Management, click Pricing, and then click Pricing Scheme.

  2. Select New check box against Scheme Code to define a new pricing scheme. By default, the check box appears as selected.

  3. In the Scheme Code box and the Scheme Name box, type the code and name of the pricing scheme respectively.

  4. In the Status drop-down, select status of the pricing scheme as Active or Inactive.

  5. Select scheme type as Slab Volume Incremental or Slab Volume in bulk, or Custom from the drop-downs.

For custom scheme type:

  1. In the Procedure Name box, type the custom procedure name, which contains the logic for the pricing scheme.

  2. Enter rule name and value in scheme details grid.

  1. Click Add to add scheme details.

  2. Enter scheme details like To, Pricing Rule, and Price in respective fields.

Note: The value of To box for the last row should be Null.

  1. Select the Overridable check box to allow the user to override price while creating instances at the time of defining the price plan.

  2. Select the Delete check box to delete a row in Scheme Details grid.

  3. Click Save to save the pricing scheme.

To edit an existing Pricing Scheme:

  1. In the Scheme Code drop-down, select the pricing scheme for which you want to modify the details.

  2. Click to edit scheme details or click Add to add a new row.

  3. Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.

Note: The From and To in Scheme Details panel represents the number of outlets.
