Service Group screen helps to define service groups in the system. This screen also allows you to modify the existing service groups by adding or removing the services in the group.
To define a service group:
On the System Administration module, click Order Management, and then click Service Groups.
In the Group Code and the Description box, type the code and description of the service group respectively.
Select the Service Class from the drop-down. The available services within the service class appear in the List of Services Available list box.
Select the check box against the required services you want to group. Click Right arrow button to move the services to the Services in Group list box. The services that are placed in this list box are grouped.
Click the Save button to create the service group and save the details.
To modify an existing service group details:
In the Group Code box, type the service group code, which you want to modify. You can also click to browse for a service group code. The services available in the group appear on the screen.
Modify the details by adding more services to the group or removing the existing services.
Click the Save button to apply the modifications.
