Retrieve Customer or Operational Entity details

You can retrieve customer or operational entity details by following the below process.

To retrieve customer details:

• Primary Search:

1. Select Customer as party type from the drop-down.

2. Enter customer number, external id, device number, contact info in the respective fields.

Note: The search fields can be configured in FIELD_CONFIGURATION table.

• Advanced Search:

1. For this search process, click search lookup against Customer #. It displays Simple Search web page dialog box.

2. Enter the minimum required details in the searching fields and click the Search button.

3. Click Search button to retrieve details. The window displays a list of customers under Results grid.

4. Click customer # link against the customer to view the details in the main window.

Note: The fields in Simple Search window can be configured depending upon the convenience of the user through the Setup screen.

To retrieve Operational Entity Details

1. Select Operational Entity as party type from the drop-down.

2. The operational entities are displayed in Operational Entity drop-down. Select the required operational entity from the drop-down.
