Address

Addresses are captured in the system for various purposes like, for sending bills, for capturing equipment location details, to store as back-up/secondary address etc. Address details may include building, area, and other details related to geographical location.

The geographical location hierarchy may be configured considering the following components/elements:

• Street

• Area

• City

• District

• State

• Postal Code

• Country

Address Template is a specific address format which includes the above address components/elements in proper hierarchical order to suit the business requirement. Country wise address template may vary. Generally for each country one standard address template should be used. Address templates are mostly used in the address part at the time of booking customers or defining operational entities .
