In View/Modify User Profile Option screen you can find few application profile parameter options that are used to configure the initial settings for the application at user level.
User wise you can set different values for these profile options to override the values set by the Administrator in View/Modify Application Profile Option screen.
To override profile option values:
On the System Administration module, click User Management, and then click Profile Options. The User name with which you have logged in to the application appears in User Name field.
Select the required profile option from Option Name drop-down. The profile option default value and current value appear in the respective fields.
Note: Current Value shows the application profile value set by the Administrator.
Select different value from User Value drop-down to override the current value.
Click the Save button to set the new value for the user profile option.
To modify an existing profile option value, select Option Name from the drop-down. The profile values appear in the corresponding fields. Select the new value from User Value drop-down. Click the Save button to apply the modification.
