Statement

Statement screen shows the account statements of a subscriber for a given period. This screen also helps you to cancel the existing SOA for a single account, if required.

To view account statements:

  1. On Accounts module, click Statement.

  2. Retrieve customer or operational entity details. The corresponding details appear on the screen.

Note: Available credit balance is displayed only for external operational entities when Is Visible check box is selected in Layout screen.

  1. Enter date range in From Date and To Date fields to extract account statements for a specific period.

  2. Click the Search button. Based on the selected period, all the Statements generated for the account appear on the screen with details like Statement #, date, amount, and period.

  3. Click the Statement # link to view the statement in PDF format.

  4. Select the check box under Cancel column to cancel the statement, and click Save to cancel the statement.
