Disconnection is the process of terminating all the services available in a contract from the customer account. Service disconnection can be done either on demand of the customer or due to payment defaults.
When a service is disconnected, disconnection credit is given to the customer depending on the disconnection credit rule defined on the contract . After disconnection, the contract is marked as terminated and further billing is stopped.
