Usage Info

In Usage Info screen you can view usage CDRs of different services. Each service type has different CDRs format. You can retrieve the service usage of the customers for a period.

You can also cancel the ordered events through this screen.

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Customer Care module, click Usage Details.

  2. Retrieve details of the customer whose CDR details should be retrieved.

The Customer Name, Address, Services availed, Limit, Consumed Units, and Available Balance appear in the main window.

  1. Select the radio button under Select column against the service you want to see the details.

  2. Select the Category from the drop down list and click List to view CDRs related to that particular category.

  3. Select Is Carry Forward check box and click List to get the list of CDRs whose Is Carry Forward value is Y. Else all the  CDRs are displayed.

  4. Select Start Date and End Date and click List, to view CDRs for a specified period.

  5. For post paid services, click Current to view the CDRs for the current billing cycle. Click Previous to view the CDRs for the previous billing cycle.

  6. For VOIP service, the CDR details like Party Id,Unique Id, Operator, Category Description, QoS Description, Called No,  Local Start Time, Local End Time, Duration, Raw Units, Ratable Units, Price, Unit Price, Billing, Rateplan Id, Usageunit Name, and Is Carry Forward are displayed.

  7. For ISP service, the CDR details like Party Id, External ID, Start Time, End Time, Raw Units in MB, and Ratable Units are displayed.

  8. For PPV and VOD services, the CDR details like Name, Units, Status, Cancellation Deadline, and Billing Status are displayed. Click Cancel under the action column against the event to cancel the event. A disconnection provisioning request will be sent to the CAS for such cancellation.

  9. Click Export to view or export the CDRs in CSV format. The File Download web dialog box opens.

  10. In File Download dialog box, click Open to open the file. Click Save to save the file to the system.

Note:

Below mentioned rules should be followed to cancel the ordering of an event:
