Generally, network accounts is created to provision the services in the provisioning system. MQS should be integrated with these provisioning systems to provision such services.
Through Provisioning Setup screen you can configure parameter values in the network account for each services. These information are required for generating and sending provisioning requests to the provisioning system. This screen also helps you to modify the existing parameter values in the network account.
To configure network account:
On the Provisioning module, click Provisioning Setup.
Retrieve details of the customer to extract the existing plan and corresponding service details. The details like Customer Name, Plans, and Service appear in Service Information grid and the existing network provisioning details appear in Provisioning Accounts grid.
Select the Contract, Plan and the required Service from the respective drop-downs for which network account should be created.
Enter values against the Parameter and click the Save button to create a network account for the selected service.
To modify an active network account details, retrieve the network account details and enter new value for the network parameter. Click the Save button to update the modification in the network account.
Note: Lookup for provisioning parameters appears based on the configuration.
