Parent Child Relation

Parent Child Relation screen helps you to add, modify, and detach a child. It also helps you to view invoice details of the child customers.

To add a Child:

  1. On Order Management module, click Parent Child Relation.

  2. Retrieve details of the parent customer. The child details are displayed, if any.

  3. Click the Add Child tab.

  4. In the Customer # box, type the customer number, which you want to make as a child.

  5. Select the Bill to Parent check box to invoice the parent customer for the services availed by the child customer.

  6. Enter remarks, if any.

To view child information:

  1. Click Child Info tab. By default, the tab is displayed.

  2. The list of available child customers under the parent customer are displayed.

  3. To retrieve a particular child customer, type the required information in the search criteria (in child info tab) and click Search.

  4. Select a child customer to perform any action.

  5. Select the Bill to Parent check box to invoice the parent customer for the services availed by the child customer.

  6. Enter remarks, if any.

  7. Click Single View hyperlink to navigate to Single View screen.

  8. Click Invoice Info tab to view the invoice details for the particular child customer.

  9. Click Adjustment Info tab to view the adjustments done towards the child.

  10. Select the period for which you want to view the invoice by selecting from date and to date. Click Search to retrieve the invoice details.
